Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused and unaltered. Please return the item, if possible, in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or another form of order confirmation is required.
As our products are made from reclaimed vintage materials, each item may show unique signs of age, wear, color variations, repairs or other imperfections. These characteristics are intentional, are part of the material's history and do not constitute defects.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage or an incorrect item being delivered, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
For international returns (outside the European Union), any shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes or other charges are also the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized products and gift cards cannot be returned.
If you are unsure whether a particular item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
As many of our products are one-of-one pieces, direct exchanges are generally not possible.
Once your return has been received and refunded, you may place a new order for another item, subject to availability.
European Union – Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
Returned items must be in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
