International Shipping
Orders are shipped from Berlin, Germany.
International delivery times depend on the destination country and the shipping carrier. Customs clearance may occasionally result in additional delays that are beyond our control.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless these charges are clearly calculated and paid during checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
