A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction primarily for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. A business customer is any natural or legal person acting in the course of their trade, business or professional activity.
Formation of Contract
The presentation of products in our online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
By submitting your order, you make a binding offer to purchase the items contained in your shopping cart.
A contract is only concluded once we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail or by dispatching the goods.
Prices and Payment
The prices displayed in the online store at the time of ordering shall apply.
In accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (Kleinunternehmerregelung), no VAT is charged or shown.
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the online store.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to claim damages.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they have already been clearly calculated and paid during checkout.
Handmade One-of-One Products
Our products are handmade using reclaimed vintage and historic materials.
Signs of previous use, color variations, repairs, weaving irregularities, fading, wear and other unique characteristics are part of the material's history and do not constitute defects.
Product photographs are intended to represent each item as accurately as possible. Due to differences in screen settings and the unique nature of reclaimed materials, slight variations in color, texture or details may occur.
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal where applicable.

Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
The material characteristics described above, which are inherent to reclaimed vintage materials, do not constitute defects under applicable warranty law.
Liability
We are fully liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence involving the breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
Liability under applicable product liability laws and liability for injury to life, body or health remain unaffected.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which they habitually reside.
Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provisions.
